We offer a variety of Service options to fit your needs, such as Select Plus, Month Plus, De-Risk and Taxis. Descriptions on these and are Services are detailed below.

Delivery and Collection
We offer a Rental Vehicle delivery and collection service to UK based business and home addresses. The Rental Charge for this Service is applicable each way. If there are any additional Rental Charges and expenses for delivery and collection, we will seek to advise of these at the time of your Reservation Request. These may include Rental Charges and expenses related to tolls and ferry fees incurred by us or the Rental Supplier in delivering/collecting the Rental Vehicle, which you also agree to pay to us.

Out of Hours
Rental Vehicle delivery and/or collection outside our or the relevant Supplier’s standard operating hours incurs a Rental Charge for this Service.  Our standard operating hours are: Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) - 08:00 to 18:00; and Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays) – 08:00 to 12:00. Please note, you have the right to use the Rental Vehicle from the hire start date and time confirmed by us in the Reservation Acceptance (or such other start date and time agreed with us thereafter in writing), not the time the Rental Vehicle is delivered to you.  You must ensure the Rental Vehicle is not driven before the agreed hire start date and time.

One-Way
We offer the flexibility to take delivery of the Rental Vehicle at one location and make it available for collection at another. We refer to these as ‘one-way’ hires.  Our standard Rental Charge for this Service for cars applies provided we are notified by you in the Reservation Request that you require this Service. If you require this Service for vans or specialist vehicles, please notify us in the Reservation Request. We will then provide you with details on the applicable Rental Charges following receipt of your Reservation Request. For unplanned one-way hires (i.e. those not requested by you in the Reservation Request), you will pay the Rental Charges notified by us to you on termination of the Rental Vehicle rental.

Airport and Premium Location Reservations
Rental Vehicle hires commencing at UK airports or from branches inside the M25 area are subject to a surcharge payable by you. Additional delivery locations that are deemed premium locations also attract a surcharge payable by you that we will notify to you following receipt of your Reservation Request.

Mileage Allowance
For Rental Vehicle hires of up to and including 27 days, there is free mileage allowance of 2,000 miles. For Rental Vehicle hires of 28 days or longer, we will notify you of the free mileage allowance (if any), which applies per annum (prorated). A Rental Charge per mile will be levied in each case for mileage exceeding your allowance depending on the category of Rental Vehicle booked by you. Please note that the Select Plus Service offers variable mileage allowances, which you can select at the time of your Reservation Request.

Abortive Delivery or Collection & ‘No Show’
If a Rental Vehicle is refused on delivery by a Permitted Driver or they are not available to take delivery of the Rental Vehicle at the agreed time, a Rental Charge applies. If we have issued a Reservation Acceptance and the Driver fails to collect the vehicle from the Rental Supplier’s rental branch, a ‘no show’ Rental Charge is also payable. If the Rental Vehicle and/or its keys are unavailable on collection by us or the Rental Supplier at the end of the agreed Rental Term at the agreed location, a Rental Charge also applies and, without prejudice to our or the Rental Supplier's other rights and remedies, the Rental Vehicle hire will be extended (and further Rental Charges will accrue) until such time as the Rental Vehicle is collected by us or the Rental Supplier.

Vehicle Availability
For urgent bookings that have been accepted by us, if required by you, we can seek to deliver the Rental Vehicle within 2 standard operating hours for cars and 4 standard operating hours for commercial vehicles. Once a Reservation Request has been accepted by us, we will seek to supply the group of vehicle requested by you in the Reservation Request. If we issue you a Reservation Acceptance but cannot supply the class of vehicle requested, we will provide you with a higher grade of vehicle at no extra cost.

Rental Term
The Rental Costs for each Rental Vehicle are calculated based on 24 hours starting from the time of delivery. If the Rental Vehicle is not returned to the agreed collection location at the agreed date and time, you will be charged an extra day’s Rental Charges at the relevant Rental Costs rate for every day or part day the Rental Vehicle is overdue.

Road Fund Tax
A Rental Charge is payable to cover road fund tax for the Rental Vehicle in respect of each day of the Rental Term and otherwise while the Rental Vehicle remains on hire to you. The Rental Charge for cars and commercial vehicles vary.

Overseas Use
If you wish to take the Rental Vehicle overseas, please give us at least 3 Business Days’ notice. You must obtain our prior written consent if you wish to take the Rental Vehicle outside the UK. You can ask for our consent in your Reservation Request. If our consent is given, you must not take the Rental Vehicle outside of Europe. If you obtain our consent, you must: (a) ensure the Rental Vehicle is covered by COI (even if benefits from DW cover in the UK); (b) inform your insurer of your intention to take the Rental Vehicle abroad; and (C) ensure you have obtained all necessary documentation, the Rental Vehicle is covered by European AA Five Star (or equivalent) breakdown cover that includes recovery of the Rental Vehicle to the UK and has all necessary overseas equipment (such as, a warning triangle, first aid kit etc) – we will not supply these. While the Rental Vehicle is overseas, an additional surcharge shall be payable by you.

Fuel Refuelling and Battery Recharges
The Rental Vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel or battery charge (as applicable), less any amount used in delivery. You will not be charged for refuelling/recharging the Rental Vehicle provided it is returned at the agreed collection/return point with a full tank of fuel or battery recharge (as applicable). If the Rental Vehicle does require a refuelling/recharge, a Rental Charge is payable, in respect of fuel, equivalent to the pump price per litre plus a cost per litre above the pump price and, in respect of a battery recharge, the cost of electricity used plus a cost above that electricity cost. Please note, the fuel and battery used for the delivery and collection of the Rental Vehicle is your responsibility.

Traffic Offence Fines
You are responsible for all penalties, fines, costs and expenses associated with offences under applicable traffic laws (fines), including parking fines, clamping fees, compound charges, speed fines and congestion charge fines during the Rental Term and otherwise while the Rental Vehicle remains on hire to you. If you or the Driver do not pay these and the relevant authority send the notice to us, we will charge you a Rental Charge connected with our administration. That Rental Charge is in addition to the amount of the fine which is also payable by you.

Rental Vehicle Termination
All Rental Vehicles hires MUST be terminated with us so we can control the collection and the Rental Charges. If in an emergency you need to contact the Rental Supplier directly, please note: (a) the telephone number called; (b) the name of the Rental Supplier’s employee; and (c) obtain a termination reference from the Rental Supplier. You must then contact us no later than the next day during our standard operating hours to confirm the termination. If this procedure is not adhered to, we cannot guarantee the length of the Rental Term or the associated Rental Charges, and you agree to pay for any additional Rental Charges incurred. You must also ensure the Rental Vehicle’s keys are available for collection. At the termination of the hire, it is your responsibility to ensure the Rental Vehicle is parked in a suitable place, safely and securely to allow collection at any time from termination by the Rental Supplier without the imposition of any parking, clamping, towing or impound charges. If you fail to comply with this requirement, you will pay us for all fines arising from that failure (and our Rental Charges related to fine administration). Rental Suppliers typically collect vehicles within 8 working hours of the scheduled termination date/time, however this may be longer (for example, Northgate require 48 hours) post-termination. Please ask us following your Reservation Request on the requirements applicable to the relevant Rental Supplier supplying your Rental Vehicle. If you park the Rental Vehicle for collection at a location where there is a time limit (e.g. a parking meter), you agree to notify us immediately. For the purposes of this paragraph ‘working hours’ means the standard working hours of the Rental Supplier that supplied the Rental Vehicle.

Rental Vehicle Reservation Cancellation
For a Reservation to be cancelled, you must provide us with at least 3 standard operating hours’ notice before the agreed rental start date and time. If you provide us with less notice, you will be required to pay a failed delivery Rental Charge and, where applicable, Rental Charges related to Rental Vehicle hire.

Insurance
All Rental Vehicles must be covered by COI (i.e. customer own insurance) or DW cover (i.e. damage waiver cover) and Compulsory Third-Party Liability insurance. Please see the Conditions for further information.

Accident Damage Administration
We will provide you a Rental Vehicle accident damage administration Service. In the event of Rental Vehicle damage, we will notify you of the Damage claim received from the Rental Supplier (and provide supporting documentation such as supplier invoices, estimate of the repair value, pictures (if practical) and condition reports), which you will pay in accordance with the Conditions.  Our Rental Charge for this Service applies per incident. You will also be required to pay us any Loss of Use Charges.


MONTH PLUS RENTAL VEHICLE SERVICE (28 DAYS+)

Month Plus is our flexible, mid-term Rental Vehicle Service. It provides reduced rates compared to daily rental when booking a Rental Vehicle for 28 days or more. Month Plus rentals are offered with a free annual (pro-rated) mileage allowance.

Once the 28-day minimum Rental Term is reached, you can either terminate the hire for the Rental Vehicle or continue to hire it at the same low daily rate. Month Plus is available for cars, light commercial and specialist vehicles. Month Plus is typically ideal for the following situations: (a) temporary staff or contractors that require an interim vehicle; (b) new employees undergoing a probationary period; (c) a cost-effective alternative to an in-house pool car fleet; and (d) emergency vehicles needed quickly when yours are off the road due to accident repairs and maintenance.

SELECT PLUS RENTAL VEHICLE SERVICE (90 DAYS+)

Select Plus is designed to bridge the gap between daily rental and leasing. It is the ideal solution if you are looking to source a Rental Vehicle for 90 days or longer.

This Service offers the freedom and flexibility of a daily rental at substantially reduced rates, with no long-term contract or up-front costs.

You can select a specific make and model of Rental Vehicle from a range of business ready cars. The Rental Vehicles are typically less than 6 months’ old and equipped with Bluetooth connectivity and satellite navigation.

Select Plus includes flexible mileage terms available to suit your requirements.

The following terms apply to Select Plus Reservations:

• You must ensure a representative is available to personally accept delivery of the Select Plus Rental Vehicle and at the de-fleet handover at the point of collection.
• The vehicles available for hire through Select Plus (and the associated Rental Costs for those vehicles) are updated monthly and subject to change. The P11D and CO2 figures shown are also subject to change.
• Out of hours delivery and collection are not available through the Select Plus Service.
• Nothwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Conditions or this Service Description, all Rental Charges are subject to change without prior notice from us.
• At least 3 Business Days’ notice is required to make a Select Plus mini lease (i.e. 90 day+) Reservation.

INTERNATIONAL RENTAL VEHICLE HIRES

We can provide an international Rental Vehicle on a price on application basis. We will quote that pricing to you following receipt of your Reservation Request.

DE-RISK - LIGHT DAMAGE COVER

Our De-Risk service offers financial cover for Light Damage incurred to a Rental Vehicle, mitigating the financial and administrative burden associated with the damage claims process.

You can choose to add the De-Risk Service to your Reservations. This Service offers you financial protection for any Light Damage incurred to your Rental Vehicles, where that damage and associated costs are valued at less than £500 to repair, regardless of who is at fault.

TAXIS

Our Taxi booking Service offers you the ability to book Taxis across our extensive network of Taxi Firms throughout the UK.

Rental Charge: Refuelling: £2.25 per litre. Battery recharge: £10.00 per recharge

Type: Traffic Offence Fines
Rental Charge: £50.00 per incident

Type: Accident Damage Administration
Rental Charge: £50.00 per incident

Any Rental Charges (such as Rental Costs) not detailed above will be calculated in accordance with our and/or the relevant Rental Supplier’s scale of charges in force from time to time (as notified by us to you).
